Energy Assistance Program for Low-Income Families

At Richgas Inc, we accept energy assistance for low-income customers who qualify for these programs:

• LIHEAP: Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program - a federal program
• HEAP: Home Energy Assistance Program - a New York program

Energy assistance provides cash and crisis money for eligible customers. Apply early for this program as a limited number of people are accepted and limited money is available.

The program runs from November 1 every year, which is when you're able to sign up. Please contact your local assistance office for any questions or call us at (800) 698-1060.
